Our client, a leading European Industrial Corporate with more than 8,000 employees, is looking for a Corporate M&A Director to join the team based in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• To act as a deal team member to facilitate strategic acquisitions into new business lines
• To work on live deals and support the M&A team in conducting a variety of transactions in Switzerland and worldwide. 
• Financial modelling, conducting due diligence (financial, operational and commercial), deal execution
• To develop and implement the company's general M&A strategy together with M&A and senior management team. 

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of experience in M&A or Corporate Finance. Previous Corporate M&A experience is an advantage.  
• Strong modelling and financial / accounting skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with the senior management team as well as with entrepreneurs and small business owners
• Motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask across projects
