Our client, a well-established M&A boutique, offering mergers and acquisitions, financing advisory, and joint venture advisory services, is looking for a M&A associate to join the team in Berlin.

Responsibilities 

• Support and execution of M&A projects (buy-side and sell-side) in various sectors
• Monitor projects throughout the transaction process including analysis of industries and business models, relevant competitors and potential investors or targets
• Create information memoranda as well as company valuation

• Bachelor or Master degree in the field of economics / business management
• You have at least 2 years professional experience / various internships in the field of M & A / Investment Banking 
• Excellent communication skills - fluent German & English
