Our client is one of the leading Mid-Market Private Equity Funds in Germany that is currently looking for an Associate to join their fast growing team in Munich. 
 

Responsibilities

• Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market research, financial due diligence and financial modelling. 
• Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plan 

• 2+ years of work experience in private equity, corporate finance or strategy consulting, preferably.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and German.
