We are recruiting for an Institutional Real Estate Asset Management firm focused on investing in niche, value-add commercial (office, retail, residential, hotels and serviced apartments) real estate in the DACH region. 

They have been increasingly building up their portfolio and would like to invite an Investment and Development Manager to join them. Reporting to the Managing Director - Investment Management, you will be sourcing for real estate investment and development opportunities. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or more Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a real estate developer
• Strong and in-depth financial modelling skills is critical in particular to greenfield or brownfield development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command in spoken and written German as well as English
