Our client - a global consulting firm is looking to strenghten its Swiss presence by adding a number of new employees to its Strategic Transaction Advisory division.

Responsibilities:

• As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in multiple financial due diligence engagements
• Possibility to work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap Private Equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure
• You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
• You will be encouraged to be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in developing new client relationships

Required experience:

• Previous experience in Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services) within a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory practice
• Experience working with clients across Private Equity or Blue-Chip Corporates
• Fluent business level English and German is essential
